I’m the owner and inspector behind Atlas Inspection Services Ltd., providing professional residential inspections throughout Southwestern Nova Scotia. My connection to this region and its communities is one of the reasons I decided to start Atlas: I wanted to provide local property buyers and owners with a professional, thorough and trustworthy inspection service they can rely on.
I understand that rural homes can have unique characteristics and challenges that aren’t always found in urban properties, including private wells and septic systems, older construction, wood-heating systems, outbuildings, and other property-specific considerations. I bring a practical, detail-oriented approach to every inspection, with a focus on identifying potential problems, explaining what they mean, and giving clients the information they need to make informed decisions about their property.
